  Good parts, fair prices but horrible customer service. I went in to get a replacement part, didn't know the exact name but it was a fairly common connector. Had a middle aged women behind the counter roll her eyes then turn (I assume to "Terry") and said "he has no idea what he wants" and she left the room. Eventually I went outside, took the part off the trailer and brought it in. Got the replacement and under his breathe he said "should of brought it in the first time".
  
  Could've been a bad day but I will never step inside that place as long as I live. Other reviews also say bad customer service.

  So far so good. We just negotiated on a trailer with this dealer. As we were going to have to travel about 400 km in order to visit their location I wanted to make sure that we would be able to make a deal if the unit we were after turned out to be the one. Mandy and I were able to come to terms, so we made the trip. She was busy, so I believe it was Casey that assisted us. Both of them were very friendly. Casey answered all questions. He also assisted us with some necessary accessories. I noted the prices of those and they seemed to be reasonable. This part of the experience was very positive.
  Given that it is February, we won't actually be picking up the unit for some time yet. However, if the first impression is any indication, I expect that the delivery experience should go well.
  Terry's is a family run business so I think that that have more invested in establishing a solid relationship with their customers than some larger and more 'corporate' style shops.
  They have a pretty large inventory and I am not sure that their website shows all of it.
  This will be our first travel trailer after three motorhomes and this is the fourth dealer from whom we have purchased. We have also shopped at many other dealerships. Terry's ranks well among those.
